Gpara has lots of images of Sega’s PS3 project based on the Yakuza series, Ryu ga Gotoku Kenzan! The game made a sudden turn by traveling back to the year 1605 instead of the modern-day Japan that previous two games were based upon. It’s amazing that producer Toshihiro Nagoshi and his team managed to come out with such a great looking game in such a short time. Check out the images with a little description at the link below. The game takes place in feudal Japan, when peace after a great battle means samurai like main character Kazumanosuke Kiryu has nothing much to do apart from taking up assassination tasks or visiting red light districts. The story of Kenzan begins when a girl asked Kiryu to kill someone who happens to be himself!

The following screens show some of the beautifully recreated settings that Gpara says make use of the PS3 power. Also shown are Kiryu fighting moves.

There will be plenty of mini-games throughout the game with gambling obviously being one of them. Beside the main story, there are many sub-story to look forward to as well.
