Arc System Works, the makers of Guilty Gears, is porting their arcade title BattleFantasia to the PS3 and here are the first screens. The 2.5D (with the characters and backgrounds in 3D) fighting game of sword and fantasy world was out in Japanese arcades in April last year. The game of four heroes fighting against the dark forces will has 12 playable characters. There are many new additions to the console versions such as Network and Team Attack modes. Costumes and artworks will be unlockable in the game too. The list of game modes are as follow and more of the fantastic looking screens after the link below:

• Story Mode: Pick a character and see their story.
• Practise Mode: Learn the basics and combos.
• Network Mode: Fight online and check out ranking.
• Gallery Mode: Opening movie and illustrations.
• Survival Mode: Fight in a series of matches to see who last longer.
• Team Attack Mode: Defeat as many enemies as possible in a limited time period.
